If a guest cancels, the room will automatically become available on our official website and all booking platforms.
We recommend checking those sites regularly.

Children 5 years old and under can stay free when sharing a bed with a parent.
They’re not counted in the total guest number
Just note their age and number in the “Requests” field at booking.
Please note: up to one child per bed.We may ask to confirm their age upon check‑in.

Under Japanese law, the adult age is now 18 (as of April 1, 2022). Our policy requires a parental consent form for guests under 18 staying without an adult.
Each minor needs to submit one form.

For bookings of up to 4 rooms made on our website:
Cancel 3 days before arrival date: No charge

Cancel 2 days before arrival date: 50% of total stay

Cancel 1 day before arrival date: 100% of total stay

Same day or no‑show: 100% of total stay

For group bookings of 5 rooms or more:
Cancel 15 days before arrival date: No charge

14–8 days before arrival date: 20% of total stay

7–3 days before arrival date: 50% of total stay

2 days before arrival dateor later / no‑show: 100% of total stay
If you booked via a third‑party site (e.g. Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia), please handle cancellations through their platform and follow their policy.
